In order to
process your forms correctly, please abide by the following rules:

Please
fill out all of the appropriate blanks on the form.

Please
register your name as you would like it to appear on all mailings and
as you will be signing it in at horse shows. If you consistently use a
nickname, please register under that nickname.

Please
register your horse under the name that you will be showing it under. Do
not give a horse's barn name, unless that is also its show name. Include
capital letters, spaces and all punctuation as you would like it to appear
on all records.

Only
horses registered to GHJA members can be recorded. If a horse is owned by
multiple family members, please designate one individual who is a GHJA
member to be listed as the horse's primary owner.

Once you
receive your membership cards, please make sure that all of your
information is correct. If there are any errors, contact the office
immediately so that corrected cards can be issued.
